Assalamu Alaikum Dear Community Members,

ICNA Relief Health Services, in partnership with the Islamic Association of Tarrant County (IATC), is pleased to invite you and your family to a Free Community Health Fair designed to promote health awareness and well-being for all.

This event is open to both adults and children. A wide range of free health screening services will be available to support the community’s health needs.

Free services offered include:

• Blood Pressure Screening
• Blood Sugar Testing
• Total Hemoglobin Test
• Lipid Panel (Age 40 & Above)
• Vision Screening
• BMI Assessment
• Physician Counseling
• Free Flu Shots (Available for all ages)

We encourage families to attend and take advantage of these essential healthcare services at no cost. Your health and well-being are our priority.
